- Core expertise: Technology recruitment into Financial Services (Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Quants).
- Additional verticals: Legal, Healthcare, Accounting & Finance, and Professional Services.
- Business split: 50% permanent placements and 50% contract staffing.
- Model: Both 360 and split desk models are available, allowing recruiters to choose the structure that suits them best.
- Delivery: A strong candidate delivery team ensures speed and quality for client needs.
++The Role++
The Senior Technology Recruiter will:
- Manage and expand client relationships across technology-driven financial services and related sectors.
- Operate a 360 desk or specialize in either business development or delivery, depending on strengths.
- Utilize an extensive platform of open roles, job flow, and candidate pipelines to maximize success.
- Work directly with prestigious financial institutions and hedge funds on high-value assignments.
- Build a desk with full autonomy—choosing markets, structuring the day, and defining strategies.
- Have the opportunity to launch and grow new verticals or divisions if bringing an existing book of business.

- Compensation: Draw model + competitive commission structure.
- 25% of the fee for the recruiter filling the role.
- 25% of the fee for the account manager driving the client relationship.
- Earning Potential: Top performers routinely achieve six-figure commissions. Some recruiters have grown from $200k earnings in year 2 to $300k in year 3.

- Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within technology and/or financial services.

- Results-driven with a proven track record of placements, fees, or billings.
