A fast-growing organization undergoing a large-scale data transformation is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital and analytics initiatives within its Fleet division. The company has recently centralized data into an enterprise data warehouse (Databricks) and operates under a tribe/squad Agile model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Map current business processes, identify improvement areas, and document key workflows and enhancements.
• Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management efforts to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
• Maintain traceability from business need through delivery, supporting a mature Agile delivery model.

Must-Have:

• Strong business analysis skills with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to translate business pain points into structured, actionable deliverables (user stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria).
• Functional knowledge of data concepts (e.g., metrics, SLAs, data flows).
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI for data validation or exploration.
• Background in fleet, mobility, or automotive industries.
• Experience with internal business application enablement or platforms like Palantir.

Compensation: $130,000-150,000
