Job Description:

Pay Range: $85hr – $90hr

  • The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and create impactful presentations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the Banking and Capital Markets domain, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business insights into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations with accuracy and speed.
  • Present findings, proposals, and updates to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and business processes within the Banking and Capital Markets space.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing key business insights and documentation.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint decks under tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in the Banking and Capital Markets industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and market practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), JIRA, Confluence, and other Business Analyst tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CBAP certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the Banking and Capital Markets domain.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
  • Prior experience presenting to C-level executives or senior leadership.
