What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
  • Guide teams through the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years’ experience as an Agile Scrum Master
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience as an Agile Coach
  • Experience leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile
  • Ability to work with and lead diverse teams
  • Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
  • Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques for effective meetings
