Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO with MES Consultant to support our aerospace manufacturing client. The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities.
• Work on blueprinting, process mapping, and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications.
• Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.
• Perform testing, process validation, and user training.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 13 Years of experience as SAP Consultant, 8 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration.
• Prior experience working with aerospace or complex manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
