++Roles & Responsibilities:++

  1. Accounting, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management), Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Charging, to ensure needs are met
  2. Lead workshops with business to gather requirements, and work with Business analysts to ensure the processes, features, and user stories are captured correctly and receive business approvals
  3. Provide advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes related to high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management models relying on SAP BRIM
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a separate SAP ERP instance, and payment gateway for real time payment processing from CRM)
  5. Participate in developing data model and integrations for the entire system including working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experts to minimize data replication and ensure data integrity
  6. Ensure systems are designed and built to be PCI, and SOC1/SOC2 compliant
  7. Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules (such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Finance Contract Accounting) to meet the organization s specific billing, revenue management, and subscription management requirements
  8. Collaborate with Data team to ensure the target mappings are accurately captured
  9. Collaborate with Data team to ensure data migration and cutover for extreme high volumes of data occurs successfully while minimizing down time by performing delta loads
  10. Collaborate with data team to design to ensure customers can dispute seamlessly against closed migrated transactions while adding no additional work on business staff
  11. Recommend the right usage of FIORI to make it easy to use for accountants and others who need to be in SAP to perform their day to day jobs
  12. Document process design, technological solutions per SAP best practices to minimize any customization needs and customize only when absolutely required
  13. Document features, user stories, config, and development tasks in Microsoft Dev Ops (ADO)
  14. Write functional specifications where required and work with the technical team to review the technical specifications
  15. Write through functional test cases and perform functional testing and capture results
  16. Review SIT and UAT test scripts and test results for completeness, and participate in testing activities
  17. Conduct troubleshooting and perform defect resolution
  18. Review test scenarios and test cases for accuracy and completeness
  19. Conduct training sessions to teach and mentor junior staff for end-users and support teams on SAP BRIM functionality and to increase the business team s familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, BRIM, and FICA
  20. Work with trainers to develop training materials for end users who will be using the solutions being built on a day-to-day basis
  21. Participate in delivering training as needed

++Training / Experience Desired or Required:++

  • 10 years of Hands-on SAP BRIM experience in relevant modules is required for Architect roles, with 5 being in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in commercial cloud
  • 7 years of Hands-on SAP BRIM experience in relevant modules is required for Developer roles in the relevant modules, with 3 being in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in commercial cloud
  • Experience working with non-SAP CRM systems and to process real time payments is required
  • SAP S/4 HANA BRIM certifications are highly desirable (BR235/BR240/BR245/BR416)
  • Experience on at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation is required for Architect roles in the relevant modules
  • Experience on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation is required for Developer roles in the relevant modules
  • Experience in architecting to process extreme high-volume transactions seamlessly and accurately while being integrated with other non-SAP CRM engine, IVR systems, mobile app, web portal, POS terminals, and other channels is required for architect level positions
  • Experience with Tolling or transit or transportation industry or with BRIM implementations where the subscription renewal is usage based rather than fixed time duration is highly desired
  • Experience with Hybrid Agile Methodologies for implementation is highly desired for Architect roles and preferred for consultant level roles
  • Experience with Microsoft ADO or JIRA is required
  • Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support is highly desirable
