This role is ideal for a technically-minded salesperson who thrives in the field and enjoys owning a broad regional territory. You’ll build deep relationships with plant managers, engineers, and procurement leads, delivering customized furnace solutions that solve complex operational challenges. You’ll be backed by strong internal engineering support, a CRM-driven sales process, and a leadership team committed to your success.What You’ll DoTerritory OwnershipDrive revenue across 12 states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, VAIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industrial sectorsBuild and manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and CRM best practicesPlan and execute efficient travel schedules centered around key anchor citiesSolution SellingLead customer discovery, technical needs assessments, and site visitsDeliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrationsDevelop proposals tailored to the technical and commercial needs of each customerCollaborate with engineering to refine specifications and implementation plansCustomer Engagement & ReportingMaintain long-term client relationships across multiple buying influencesLog all in-person and virtual meetings with actionable follow-ups in SalesforceSubmit detailed travel plans and expense reports within established timelinesRepresent the company at industry trade shows (planned annually in advance)You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:3+ years in capital equipment, industrial systems, or technical B2B salesExperience managing multi-state territories and high-volume travelStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree preferred (engineering or technical field a plus)High ownership mentality and a disciplined, self-directed work ethicPerks & Benefits: 401(k) with up to 6% match (base + commission eligible)Health, dental, vision, and full disability insurance (100% employer-paid)10 vacation days + 3 sick days annuallyCompany vehicle for all work-related travelWhy Join Us
