This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to improve patient outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.What You’ll Need:

  • Current NBRC (RRT) certification
  • Valid Indiana licensure required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 18 months recent ICU experience
  • ACLS, BCLS certifications
  • Ability to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:00) on a 4×12-hour schedule
  • Shift availability: Every other weekend required
  • First-time travelers accepted

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in neuro diagnostics or specialized respiratory procedures
  • Additional certifications related to respiratory therapy or neuro diagnostics

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Accredited educational background through CoARC and regionally accredited via CHEA
  • At least 18 months of relevant work experience in ICU or neuro diagnostics settings

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work night shifts, with flexibility to float across multiple facilities
  • Valid certifications and licenses must be maintained throughout assignment
  • Ability to travel and adapt to hospital protocols

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50.69, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
