Role: Respiratory Care Practitioner (Per Diem)
Hours: As needed basis for day and night shift
Pay Range: $45 – $50What You’ll Do:

• Assess patients’ respiratory conditions and develop care plans
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health management
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatments

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have at least 3+ years of recent critical care experience
• Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
