What You’ll Do

• Keep client books squeaky clean and accurate in QuickBooks or Xero.
• Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports that tell the real story behind the numbers.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure money moves when and where it should.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support payroll and tax processes to keep clients compliant and stress-free.
• Partner with our CFOs to provide insights that drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure everything lines up with GAAP and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (bonus if you’ve worked with small businesses or startups).
• Comfort with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Quicken).
• Strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable.
• Strong communicator — you can explain financial data clearly to non-finance folks.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-moving environment.
