Driver will establish an effective rapport with all customers and clients along the route.QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of Class A driving experienceCurrent Class A LicenseUp to date CDL medical certificationNo accidents in the last 2 yearsAbility to drive automatic and manual shifting trucksAbility to proficiently read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to lift up to 100 lbsPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesA committed team player with the ability to take initiativeGENERAL INFORMATION: Daily runs to Denver area locations. Multiple stops per day.Usual type of truck: Bobtail refrigeratedHome daily (5 days on but sometimes 6 days when needed)GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Obey all traffic laws.No driver will report to work or drive a truck while under the influence of alcohol.Be ready to drive within 15 minutes upon arrival to the plant.Notify the Shipping Manager in case of mechanical failure or lateness.Notify the Shipping Manager if you are running late.Notify the Shipping Manager if there are any route deviations.Work overtime if required.Report ALL accidents, whether minor or major, and complete required reports.Ensure that driver’s license is always valid.Other duties as assigned. **BENEFITS: **ESOP Shares401(k) matchDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceMajor holidays40 hours floating holiday time per yearSuperior Farms is an employee-owned company and the leader in the American lamb industry.
