Job Summary:
Perform manual quality assurance testing for teller-facing applications within a financial services environment. Responsible for executing test cases, validating debit/credit card and ATM functionalities, managing testing projects, and ensuring high-quality releases for branch and teller systems.
Responsibilities:
• Execute manual test cases for teller applications, including ARGO/Recycling workflows and related systems
• Validate debit/credit card flows and support in-person ATM and ITM testing with ATM group
• Manage assigned testing projects, track progress, coordinate with product owners, analysts, and developers
• Report defects, verify fixes, and perform regression testing
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with the QA team, contribute to test planning, and provide status updates
Core Skills (Must-Haves):
• Hands-on knowledge of teller applications, particularly ARGO/Recycling processes
• Experience testing debit/credit card flows and related APIs
• Familiarity with ATM and ITM testing (including face-to-face ATM testing)
• API testing knowledge
• Ability to perform manual testing and defect reporting
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
• Prior teller or branch operational experience
• Prior QA experience in financial services
