What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop budgets, schedules, profit objectives, and financial execution for individual projects
- Lead project teams to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Manage all phases of projects including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing
- Deliver client-facing presentations and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Identify follow-on business opportunities and enhance project effectiveness
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Previous experience managing Cybersecurity projects is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience mentoring or coaching entry-level consultants
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators and their impact on business
- Proven ability to facilitate new business development through existing client relationships
- Familiarity with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System
