What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop budgets, schedules, profit objectives, and financial execution for individual projects
• Lead project teams to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Manage all phases of projects including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing
• Deliver client-facing presentations and maintain relationships with key decision makers
• Identify follow-on business opportunities and enhance project effectiveness

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Previous experience managing Cybersecurity projects is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience mentoring or coaching entry-level consultants
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators and their impact on business
• Proven ability to facilitate new business development through existing client relationships
• Familiarity with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System
