What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, digital, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product analysis, technology, or design
• Strong understanding of basic concepts and principles of the financial industry
• Previous experience as a Product Manager/Owner for Agile teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with digital banking platforms and related technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Proven track record of successful product launches in the financial services sector
