- Advise clients on private equity legal matters and investment management strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to private equity transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for investment opportunities and acquisitions.
- Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the professional services industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex transactional projects.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic legal counsel.
- Assist in structuring and formation of private equity funds.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in private equity and investment management.

- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
- Strong experience in private equity and investment management within the professional services industry.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
