People, Process & Performance Manager

About Us

We’re a fast-growing, high-performance company that works with some of the biggest brands, celebrities, and entrepreneurs in the world. With over 100 staff across multiple offices, we thrive on speed, execution, and accountability.

We’re now looking for a People & Performance Manager to join our leadership team. This role sits directly under our Director of Performance & Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring our strategies and systems are fully executed across all departments.

The Role

The People & Performance Manager is the bridge between leadership vision and day-to-day execution. You’ll work directly with department leads and team leaders (many of whom are great employees but newer to true management) to make sure directives are implemented, systems are followed, and teams are performing at their best.

You’ll be part coach (helping junior managers grow into effective leaders) and part enforcer (tracking every follow-up task, making sure nothing slips through the cracks).

This is the perfect role if you’re detail-obsessed, love accountability, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage 75 weekly follow-up items across departments (reports, training, systems rollouts, etc.).
  • Ensure managers complete daily reports, weekly one-on-ones, and monthly reviews.
  • Build and refine systems (spreadsheets, dashboards, SOPs) to support departments.
  • Coach team leaders on leadership, accountability, and performance.
  • Conduct daily/weekly check-ins with managers to ensure execution.
  • Audit performance output and escalate recurring issues.
  • Deliver a weekly Performance Snapshot Report to leadership highlighting progress, misses, and action plans.
  • Reinforce a culture of speed, accountability, and execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely detail-oriented — you don’t let things slip.
  • 3 years in operations, performance management, or people leadership.
  • Experience coaching managers or leading teams.
  • Strong systems builder (Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools).
  • Comfortable holding people accountable without alienating them.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through.

What You’ll Get

  • $80,000 annual salary.
  • The chance to work directly with elite leaders, entrepreneurs, and a world-class team.
  • Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.
  • A high-impact role where your work directly drives performance across the business.
