BILINGUAL ORDER ENTRY CLERK
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Order Entry Clerk for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a company that is devoted to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.Pay Rate
$15.00 to $16.00 per hourSchedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.Bilingual Order Entry Clerk and Responsibilities

• Customer Service, Process Customer Orders
• Provides Pricing & Availability to Customers via email & phone.
• Routes calls to correct departments
• Confirms receipt of order with customer
• Enters Sales Order in Oracle
• Provides pick list to warehouse for shipment from stock
• Enters PO to vendor for drop Shipment for items not in stock in Alabama
• Process Payments
• Provide Tracking to customers
• Provide additional assistance after shipment if there are any delays or question about shipment
• Scan folder once all completed for archives
• If/when necessary, provide RMA to customer

Bilingual Order Entry Clerk Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong administrative skillset
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Familiar with software related to shipping
• Flexible to weekends/overtime when/if needed
• Must have own transportation
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Microsoft package
