Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite 3 5 days per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2) to join our team supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials applications in a dynamic Utilities environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle SQL, and Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Billing), along with hands-on experience developing integrations and customizations within PeopleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the existing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 system.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft applications, interfaces, and custom enhancements.
  • Create and optimize Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and SQR reports.
  • Develop integrations using Integration Broker, Component Interface, and File Layouts.
  • Design and publish reports using BI Publisher and PS Query.
  • Implement and maintain Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with functional and business teams for efficient resolution.
  • Support data analysis and validation using Oracle SQL and PeopleSoft base tables.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, performance tuning, and data integrity standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode , Application Engine, Application Package, SQR, and Integration Broker.
  • Strong knowledge of File Layouts, Component Interface, PS Query, BI Publisher.
  • Solid experience with Oracle SQL / PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
  • Deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) modules – AP, AR, GL, Billing.
  • Experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across custom PeopleSoft applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
