About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in SQL/PLSQL and hands-on experience across the Oracle Cloud Platform. This role is onsite in Dallas, TX and offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, and customizations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of delivering high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL programs, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
  • Implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
  • Build and extend Oracle Cloud applications using Oracle Visual Builder and other PaaS tools.
  • Ensure database performance, backup, and recovery best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Cloud customizations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Maintain code versioning using Git or SVN.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle Cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expert-level SQL/PLSQL proficiency with extensive experience in stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS & SaaS), including OIC, Visual Builder, and Autonomous Database.
  • Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud SaaS architecture and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with database performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist, Oracle Database Specialist)
  • Experience with ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services)
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise cloud implementations
