Role: NICU Respiratory Care Practitioner (Per Diem)
Hours: Per Diem; Day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $60What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to neonates in the NICU
• Perform assessments, interventions, and monitoring of patients’ respiratory status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Educate families on respiratory health management for their infants
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department

What We’re Looking For:

• Must at least 5 years NICU and PICU experience as well as adult critical care experience.
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Passion for working with critically ill infants and their families.
