• The main function of these positions is patching/upgrading Cisco network equipment (routers /Switches).
• Vulnerability assessments.

REQUIRED SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE

• 8 years of experience in network management, with a focus on Cisco technologies, WAN, and SDN.
• 8-10 years of experience planning/designing, implementing, and supporting new and existing network devices
• Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and services
• Experience with Cisco routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
• Experience patching/upgrading Cisco network equipment (routers /Switches)
• Router/switch configurations/break-fix
• Overall awareness of cloud and compute and storage environments, the industry, vendor management, operations management and ITIL.

Preferred:Load Balancer and SolarWinds experience

Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.

Preferred: Experience in managing Data Centers/Architecture and OT

Preferred: Experience in the utility industry or similar environments.
