We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Analyst with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, specifically as a NetSuite (Social Impact) analyst. Experience with FreshService is desired, and a NetSuite Certification is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous. You should possess a strong knowledge base and proven experience in Information Technology and have familiarity with NSPB and Squareworks (Charted). Knowledge of NSPB coding is also preferred. Experience in customer service and interaction is required, and familiarity with a healthcare setting, as well as non-profit experience, is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
As a NetSuite Functional Analyst at SOUND, you’ll be integral to supporting our NetSuite ERP and FreshService environment. Your essential duties will include providing functional support for NetSuite (including NSPB), developing suite scripts and workflows, creating and distributing reports, and assisting in dashboard setup for users. You will identify and support transitions to the best methods for importing external data into NetSuite and explore the implementation of new functionalities. Some of your tasks will involve gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, customizing NetSuite modules to align with business processes, and recommending system improvements. Training and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex system capabilities into understandable terms.
