What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and process flows for the electronic health record system.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional system requirements.
• Develop use cases and assist in planning for user acceptance testing.
• Provide data analysis and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor developers to ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience in business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in gathering and managing business requirements and developing business rules.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience writing procurement documents, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Knowledge of Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Quality Center (QC).
• Familiarity with agile scrum projects and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
