- Advise clients on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and assess potential risks and liabilities in transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the professional services industry.
- Manage timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Support client relationships and business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments impacting mergers and acquisitions.

- Expected annual base salary ranging from $310,000 to $365,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
