The Production Laborer is responsible for maintaining the flow of organic materials through the shakers and assisting with daily production operations. This position supports the heavy equipment operator, performs general housekeeping and material handling duties, and ensures a safe and efficient work environment.What’s in it for you? Material Handler Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position

  • $19.50 /hour

  • Full Time work available

  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 01:00am)

  • Maintain consistent material flow through shakers by breaking up material and preventing blockages.

  • Notify the heavy equipment operator when shakers need to be refilled.

  • Clean and maintain finishing screens to ensure proper product flow.

  • Perform housekeeping duties, including scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning under conveyors and catwalks.

  • Assist with stacking and restacking bags, palletizing, and small bag line operations as needed.

Material Handler Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Entry-level experience; manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic repair a plus.

  • Ability to work in dusty, hot, cold, or wet environments.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

  • Ability to work on your feet for most of the day and follow safety practices consistently.
