Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30PM
Background Screen RequiredWhat You’ll Do:
- Learn about different types of healthcare documents and how to operate
mailroom equipment. - Open mail, identify document types, and group documents together.
- Hand off documents to our scan team – may require standing, walking, bending,
and lifting 30 pounds (one Banker’s Box)What We’re Looking For: - You show up to work on time everyday
- You’re always positive and professional
- You’ve worked in an office and have a high school diploma or equivalentThe Ideal Candidate:
- You can work independently or within the team.
- You are good at time management.
- You have a “can do” attitude.Must Haves:
- Mailroom experience
- Previous experience in Banks (Preferred by Hiring Manager)
