Job Title: Jr. Help desk Specialist
Location: Onsite 108 Carroll Street Annapolis MD
Duration: 6 months and may be extended to 12 months

Duties:
Experience in Windows 11 upgrade
Phone support and desktop support ( answering phones, be able to provide remote assistance),
Route help desk tickets,
Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, hardware desktops, laptops, printers, scanners
