Position: Senior Frontend Developer (JavaScript)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 – $80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize frontend applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Lead frontend architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices.
  • Implement scalable and maintainable solutions using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and optimize application performance.
  • Research and introduce innovative technologies to improve development workflows and user experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building complex web applications with JavaScript.
  • Expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience leading frontend architecture and development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working effectively within remote and distributed teams.
