Must have:

– I require a minimum of 3 years of direct experience with the administration of the Jama Requirements Management platform. – I seek a strong comprehension of requirements management methodologies and best practices. – Preferred qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, team leadership and mentoring experience, project management expertise, and stakeholder management skills. – Due to the necessity of accessing specific federal controlled information, you must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • I will expect you to lead the technical administration and architecture of the Jama Requirements Management platform. – You will provide expert-level support and consultation for Jama implementations across various business units. – Designing and implementing integration solutions between Jama and other enterprise systems will be part of your role. – Additionally, you will develop and uphold best practices for requirements management processes and mentor junior engineers while providing technical leadership for initiatives related to Jama.

In this position, you will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Kuiper’s Jama service. Your responsibilities will include operating and supporting the service, developing automation for upgrades, patching, and testing, as well as enhancing the system’s observability. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations with other tools and services securely. The Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) team builds and operates the essential productivity solutions that support Kuiper’s operations and interactions with business partners. Please note that our compensation package reflects the labor costs in various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
