These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment. including desktops, laptops, docking station, phones, iPad & apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.Mandatory Qualification:

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms – beyond that of a Programmer.

Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.

36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon

24 Months Customer service experience
-
24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners)

12 Months Asset management experience

12 months ITSM experience
