Requirements
Must have:
– A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Service Desk/Help Desk operations is essential.
Responsibilities:
- I will provide first-level contact and incident resolution for all users facing various issues. – Utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills will be part of my daily tasks. – I will review knowledge base articles to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date. – Accurate and timely logging of incidents and resolutions will be a key responsibility. – I aim to meet or exceed established performance goals. – I will escalate issues as necessary, adhering to Service Desk procedures.
