We proudly serve the South Bend, Indiana community and are looking for reliable and caring professionals to join our growing team.Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in South Bend, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality home assistance services.Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences

• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers (using gait belts, walkers, etc. as needed)

• Report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or care coordinator

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• HHA certification or CNA license

• Previous home care or caregiving experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassionate, trustworthy, and patient
