• Some patients is chemo visit & also may require a MD Signature only
  • Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff
  • Procedures:
• Hematology Onco: Chemo administration, Treatment of Anemias, Lymphomas, Bleeding disorders & Carcinomas
• Medical Onco: CNS neoplasm, Chest neoplasm, Skeletal neoplasm, Head/neck neoplasm, Breas tumors, Gynecological, Other (misc. cd’s)
  • EMR: EPIC (CareLink)
  • Temporary Privileges available: Yes
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active HI License or IMLC
• BC in Hematology or Medical Oncology
• DEA/CSR
• Health Immunization
