What You Will Be Doing
- Review and assess medical records, billing documentation, and insurance-related workflows
- Evaluate outputs related to ICD-10, CPT coding, claims processing, and clinical documentation
- Apply healthcare operations knowledge to identify accuracy, consistency, and workflow alignment
- Work independently across assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience within healthcare back-office operations
- Deep familiarity with electronic health records, medical billing, and health information workflows
- Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding structures, and insurance claims processes
- Detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical judgment and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable operating in an independent, contract-based environment
