The Growth Operations Associate will be a key contributor within our Operations organization — a team of entrepreneurial, results-driven professionals dedicated to driving efficiency, scalability, and growth across our portfolio companies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to lead and support initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and enable strategic decision-making.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple businesses and industries in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will take ownership of diverse initiatives — from optimizing workflows and managing cross-functional projects to providing analytical insights and ensuring operational alignment across teams.

++Responsibilities Can Include:++

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to strengthen operational infrastructure, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth across portfolio companies.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve scalability, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key business metrics to identify performance trends, uncover insights, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges by designing and executing practical, long-term solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure operational continuity, resilience, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies and innovation opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to design and execute scalable business strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, marketing initiatives, and performance reporting.

++Qualifications and Requirements:++

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in a role focused on business development, process improvement, project coordination, and/or strategic business growth initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
