Booking an event venue is still a frustrating process of phone tag and hidden pricing. Litty is a modern marketplace built to fix that.

We’ve proven our model works. We have a solid group of subscribing customers who are getting incredible value from the platform. The challenge? We have no formal sales process. Those subscribers were signed by the founders in an ad-hoc way. Meanwhile, we have a huge number of venues that have already signed up, claimed their page, and are active on the platform for free.

We’re now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to bridge that gap. Your mission is to build a repeatable sales engine and convert our existing, non-paying user base into subscribers. You aren’t just running a playbook; you’re creating it from what we already know works.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Your main focus will be engaging our existing base of partnered venues—who already have enabled accounts—and converting them to premium subscription tiers.
  • You’ll manage the full sales cycle for these accounts, from initial outreach and discovery to closing the subscription.
  • You’ll use the high-value inquiries we generate each week as a powerful, real-time tool to show venues the immediate ROI of upgrading.
  • You will be instrumental in creating our sales process—developing the strategies, scripts, and best practices that will become the foundation for our future team.
  • You will act as a critical feedback loop, bringing insights from the front lines directly to the founders to influence our product and strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with a history of exceeding your goals. Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is a major plus.
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. You can structure your own day and relentlessly prioritize what drives revenue.
  • You are excited by the prospect of building something from scratch. You see a lack of process as an opportunity to create the right one.
  • You are a consultative seller who builds trust quickly and can navigate skepticism with grace.
  • You are effective in a fast-paced environment and can manage dozens of conversations at once without letting details slip.
