Position: Financial Data Analyst

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 – $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex financial data to ensure high-quality annotations and data accuracy.
Utilize advanced spreadsheet techniques to organize, validate, and manipulate large datasets.
Label, annotate, and categorize financial data, ensuring consistency and precision.
Collaborate with data science and product teams to share financial insights.
Review and validate financial documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Have demonstrated experience with financial data annotation or data labeling.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
