Fabricator Fitter – Urgently Hiring
Location: Lebanon, OR
Pay: $26.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator Fitter to join our client’s team in Lebanon, OR! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity working in a well-equipped fabrication shop manufacturing custom parts and machinery.
What You’ll Be DoingFabricate, weld, lay out, and assemble parts and machinery from engineered drawings or verbal instructions.Operate fabrication equipment, including carbon arc welder, shear, press brake, rolls, ironworker, and saw.Use forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling and assembly.Perform maintenance on shop equipment as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Work occasional overtime and Saturdays to meet project deadlines.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience as a Fabricator/Fitter.Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.Understanding of plumb, level, and square concepts.Solid math and geometry skills, including calculator use.Experience with rigging and overhead crane operations.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.Must have a personal toolbox with standard fabricator tools.Self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in quality work.Why You’ll Love Working With UsImmediate health and prescription coverage—no waiting period.Benefits upon permanent hire including medical, dental, and more.Referral Bonus Program – earn extra cash for bringing great people to Selectemp!Ready to join a team that values your skill and craftsmanship?
