JOB SUMMARY

Acute, provides customer and application support for Epic and other Client applications that support business processes across Client acute & ambulatory services.

The incumbent acts as subject matter expert (SME) to provide at the elbow assistance & guidance for acute & ambulatory clinical staff.

The incumbent partners with Client ITS and vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary.

The Site Support Specialist, provides on-call support and on-site support as scheduled and as needed.
