Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager / CRM Consultant to lead a major CRM reimplementation initiative. This role will function as a business analyst and CRM strategist, ensuring requirements are captured, processes are optimized, and the new system is successfully designed, implemented, and adopted across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record implementing and managing CRM platforms across industries

Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices

Hands on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM

Knowledge of CRM integration strategies and software selection methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field

CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and customer engagement processes

Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals

Develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies for staff

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM tools meet operational needs

Monitor CRM performance, adoption, and ROI; provide insights and recommendations

Support vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation processes

Stay current on CRM technology trends and recommend improvements
