JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Ohio license required; IMLC accepted with clean background
• Board: Board Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Ohio CSR required
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
• Experience: Previous electrophysiology experience expected
• Other Qualifications: Willingness to license in Ohio if needed; teaching hospital experience not required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide electrophysiology cardiology services in an outpatient and hospital setting
• Perform EP-related procedures and diagnostics
• Conduct hospital rounding and outpatient consults
• Manage EP lab responsibilities 2–4 days per week
• Participate in night call and 24-hour weekend call rotations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Adhere to department protocols, credentialing, and hospital standards
