Must have:
I am looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You should possess strong skills in customization, configuration, and development, specifically using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools is essential, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will design, develop, customize, and provide support for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will deliver scalable and high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and improve efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing customizations, plugins, and integrations, configuring Dynamics modules to align with business needs, and offering ongoing support and troubleshooting. You will also work together with business analysts to gather requirements, conduct testing, manage deployments, and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and security standards.
