Salary Range: $180,000–$200,000 per yearWhat You’ll Do:
 Lead the financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and consistency
across all reporting outputs
 Own the production of board-level financial packages, including forecasts,
variance/trend analysis, and strategic insights
 Partner with executives to set departmental goals and analyze budget vs.
actual performance
 Oversee quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and
regulatory filings
 Apply sound accounting principles to navigate and interpret all three
financial statements, with primary focus on P&L performance
 Enhance reporting systems and reconciliation tools (Planful, Blackline);
evaluate new technologies for improved efficiency
 Drive implementation of new partners and sales channels from a financial
integration perspective
 Monitor emerging accounting standards and lead internal adoption efforts
 Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, consistent financial data
and reporting
 Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions
 Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate
financial disclosures
 Support internal and external audit processesWhat We’re Looking For:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
 Proven FP&A leadership experience in fast-paced environments; Private
Equity exposure strongly preferred
 Demonstrated ownership of board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and
variance/trend analysis
 Strong accounting foundation with ability to interpret and analyze all three
financial statements
 Familiarity with insurance-related accounting concepts; prior experience in
insurance or servicing insurance clients preferred
 Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
 Strong analytical and decision-making skills with high attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial concepts
for diverse stakeholders
 Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check📌 Benefits
