Our client is seeking a skilled Development Lead to support modern front-end web development initiatives, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment, across a range of digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development efforts across digital applications.
• Support, maintain, and enhance web components using JavaScript, HTML, CDN configurations, and Adobe platform tools.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and technical teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive system and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Adobe AEM and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular.js, Ember.js).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in media, sports, or entertainment industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation: $170,000 – 190,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
