Coordinates cross-functional IT operations across Infrastructure Services, Software and Application Development, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), ensuring alignment, efficiency, and support of cost-effective technology solutions that advance organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities Essential:
- Coordinates with managers across IT, including Infrastructure, Application Development, and Intelligent Transportation Systems, to assign, track, monitor, and report on the progress of operational tasks, projects, and service requests.
- Facilitates regular IT operations meetings to review the status of active initiatives, identify cross-team dependencies, and address ongoing operational activities and system upkeep.
- Administers multiple procurements, coordinates contract and work order scope negotiations and provides contract and vendor administration.
- Assists in the provisioning of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, purchases of low-value equipment and supplies in order to meet operational requirements of the business.
- Works with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Practices asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. Prepares hardware, software and maintenance renewal scopes of work and other required contract documentation and creates purchase requisitions.
- Oversees operations-related projects and project portfolio and develops and oversees reports and documentation related to network and systems operations, and workload forecasting.
- Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives. Develops requests for proposal.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required at minimum. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
- A minimum of eight years of experience working with complex procurement processes, enterprise, program and project management, and project budget management
- A minimum of five years of experience working with Change and Configuration Management practices, business process management / improvement and Six Sigma or similar process improvement practices. Lean IT certification is preferred
- A minimum of five years of experience managing a variety of diverse projects, this may include working with virtual teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in adopted industry PM / IT practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Proficiency in current business cases analysis practices, current portfolio and project management tools.
- Proficiency in system and software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC), Agile practices, and total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure components.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to use sound judgment.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.

Pay Range $84,407.00 – $119,224.25 Annual
