What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities across various functions
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas suitable for automation
• Develop automation roadmaps and business cases aligned with enterprise strategy
• Translate business needs into automation-ready solution designs and workflows

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or automation initiatives
• Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or ServiceNow
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma
• Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments
• Familiarity with process modeling tools
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
