Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the compensation strategies
- Oversee the total rewards such as benefits and the wellness program or incentives for employees
- Help to execute 401k and retirement plans for the company and its team
- Act as a second set of eyes for payroll review biweekly
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with total rewards and compensation
- Has worked in a mid to large size company setting with multi-site or multi-entity payroll
- Bachelors degree required
- Heads down, hardworking, and fast paced
