Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Application Support Analyst to provide end-user training, functional testing, and workflow support for the CaseTracker EMR platform. This role serves as the key liaison between clinical users and the IT development team, ensuring enhancements are effectively translated from business requirements into operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-user application support for CaseTracker.
- Perform functional and user acceptance testing of new features and updates.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design meets end-user and clinical workflow needs.
- Translate technical updates into clear communications and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to streamline CaseTracker use.
- Over time, grow into a business analyst capacity to support broader systems initiatives.
Background & Experience:
- Must have healthcare industry experience, ideally within case management or clinical systems.
- Ideal candidate has started in a help desk or support role and transitioned into a junior business analyst function.
- Experience supporting end users and developers, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Exposure to system documentation, requirement gathering, testing (UAT), and ticket management.
- Strong understanding of how to work in a healthcare environment supporting non-technical users.
