Business Development Representative (BDR) – Tech Sales
About the Role
We’re hiring a high-energy, early-career Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales or accelerate their early sales career,with structured outbound training, direct mentorship, and a clear path to Account Executive.
You’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach)
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across target accounts
- Qualify prospects through structured discovery and needs assessment
- Consistently book qualified product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Run disciplined outreach cadences with persistence and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth pipeline handoff
- Iterate messaging based on performance data and market feedback
- Contribute to a metrics-driven, high-performance sales culture
Ideal Candidate
- 0–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Open to fresh graduates with strong communication and drive
- Clear interest in building a career in Tech Sales
- Confident communicators – especially on calls and cold outreach
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings
- Coachable, disciplined, and fast executors
(Experience in SaaS or exposure to industries like construction, infrastructure, or engineering is a plus, but not mandatory)

- Building readiness to progress into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months
