We’re looking for someone with a technical background and 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing who thrives on building relationships and closing complex deals.
What You’ll Bring as the Business Development Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in aerospace, defense, or related high-technology sales.
- Proven ability to manage the full business development lifecycle — from prospecting through closing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as required.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements (ITAR).
