As the Business Development Manager, you’ll lead efforts to identify, develop, and win new programs — partnering with engineering and leadership teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

We’re looking for someone with a technical background and 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing who thrives on building relationships and closing complex deals.

What You’ll Bring as the Business Development Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in aerospace, defense, or related high-technology sales.
  • Proven ability to manage the full business development lifecycle — from prospecting through closing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships at multiple levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements (ITAR).
